The original architectural design was based on the implementation of a commercial floor on the ground floor and a parking lot in the basement and the rest of the building as offices.

For this purpose, the design of the structure with 3 types of loading concepts started based on ASCE regulations.
Steel boxes were used in the structural columns and its beams were modeled with plate girder with composite floors.
